You may or may now know … but the RNO Service Team won the BEST IN CLASS two years in row for the top service department in the USA! This honor was presented by Boating Industry Magazine two of the past three years … and our team is very proud of this notable achievement among all the outstanding dealerships in the nation.
This past April 24-30 was designated as Marine Service Technician Week … and while we promoted this on our social platforms and also celebrated our team with a great lunch, we wanted to toast them also in our newsletter and thank each member of our service department for their awesome attitudes and commitment to providing the BEST customer service in the nation!
CONGRATS also to our own Shawn Shiever for his selection by the American Boat & Yacht Council as one of five top technicians nationwide to be recognized for his outstanding performance! Besides his recognition among peers nationwide, Shawn also took home a crisp $100!
