As the year closes, I’ve taken the time over the past few weeks to reflect on all the excitement that has transpired, and I’m just so grateful for it all.

The crowning glory for our dealership was winning the “Boating Industry Top 100 Dealer of the Year” honors for all North America!

Winning this highly coveted distinction has been a goal of mine for many years because it requires overall top performance from all areas of a dealership’s business. I set the bar several years ago with this goal is sight because it gave us something tangible to measure ourselves against. We’ve moved up the rankings over the years and I’m so proud of our team’s achievement that led to this amazing recognition.

We are winners because our entire team has been 100 percent committed to delivering excellence in all areas of our operations. I work with an amazing group of people and I have to credit each and every one of them for their individual and collective contributions that allowed us to achieve this highest recognition among all retail dealerships. Thank you, Team RNO, for all that you do to earn the praise not only among industry peers, but among our highly valued customers.

CSI rankings are one of top key indicators that the judges consider when analyzing and benchmarking dealership performance criteria. Our top scores among all brands we sell and service were a major contributor, and we thank you, our valued customers, for your validation of our team’s performance.

When I started this business back in 2008, the underlying foundation was built on delivering top customer service. I understood that a dealership is only as good as the service they provide, each and every day. We built our business, one boat sale and one service job at a time. That same fundamental vision and focus has been key to our success.

Today, that same commitment to delivering customer excellence remains at the very heart of our culture. We are all so thankful for our customers and for the opportunity you entrust in us. We know you can take your business elsewhere and we appreciate the fact that you choose to do business with us.

As we set our sights on 2023, the momentum continues to build. If you haven’t been by the dealership lately, ground has been broken on our new world class Nautique Showroom, and construction is well underway. We look forward to this significant expansion coming in 2023, and the opportunity it will give us to further enhance the boating experience for both our team and our customers.

We have much planned ahead in terms of fun events and activities, and as always, we look forward to seeing you and helping you source, sell and service the boat of your dreams!
