It’s been an amazing year for Regal & Nautique of Orlando in terms of outstanding achievements including multiple national and local recognitions. This month, we’re excited to share the latest news about additional important accolades!
RNO has once again earned top recognition through the National Marine Manufacturers Association’s 2022 CSI Dealer Awards. RNO was recognized for its outstanding CSI scores for both sales and service for both its Nautique and Regal brands (insufficient participants to qualify for Supreme or South Bay). NMMA uses dealer satisfaction data collected through the Marine Industry CSI program to recognize retailers who actively measure customer satisfaction and pursue continuous improvements to better serve their customers.

"The CSI Awards represent an independent validation of a dealership’s performance and we are proud to be included in this elite group who are focused on the highest level of customer satisfaction in our industry."
RNO was also thrilled to learn it had once again won the Readers Choice Award for "Best Boat Dealer of the Year" award as voted by the readers of Orlando Style Magazine, highlighted in the June issue. This is the ninth year RNO has been singled out for this prestigious distinction.
