If you’ve always wanted to test the waters and take your riding to a new level, this is your year and opportunity to take the next step forward!
The Thigh High Wake + Surf Series features three action-packed stops in 2023.
- STOP 1: April 1-2, 2023 at the Clermont Watersports Complex
- STOP 2: May 6 – 7, 2023 at the Orlando Watersports Complex
- STOP 3: June 3-4, 2023 at Lake Ronix, Christmas, FL
This grassroots competition is open to 50 wakesurf and 50 wakeboard spots for riders/surfers of all skills levels per stop, from novice competitors to local lake legends. NEW for 2023 are a few additional wakesurf divisions: Wakesurf Advanced is now broken up into male + female divisions, while the previous Men + Women Legends divisions are now broken into Men + Women Masters divisions for ages 35-54, and Men + Women Legends divisions for ages 55 and up. Additionally, rules around Wakesurf Intermediate and Wakesurf Advanced have been updated.

Besides the family-friendly competition, each stop features plenty of fun featuring live music, food and entertainment. It’s a great event to hang out at together with friends and family, and to cheer on your favorite local competitors.
Those interested in competing can grab early bird discounts by signing up before March 12 featuring $10 off for individual stops, or $50 dollars off the full season pass. If you’re registering more than one athlete for a season pass or stop, you will need to add one “competitor” to the cart at a time so the form can be completed for each athlete.
