In addition to winning the highly coveted #1 Dealer in North America ranking by Boating Industry Magazine in its Top 100 competition last November, Regal & Nautique of Orlando (RNO) was also recently named among the “Top Marine Industry Dealerships to Work For in North America” by the Marine Retailers Association of the Americas (MRAA). This is the fourth consecutive year Regal & Nautique of Orlando has earned this prestigious workplace distinction.
“Our entire team is so pleased by the significant recognitions Regal & Nautique of Orlando has enjoyed this past year,” said RNO GM Jeff Husby. “Receiving the top-performing retail recognition among all dealers was quite an achievement, followed by this equally important award as one of the marine industry’s top dealerships to work for in North America.”
According to the MRAA, RNO was only one of 27 retail marine dealership locations across North America that qualified for recognition as a top workplace. Recipients must earn an overall score of 90 percent or better on the Marine Industry Certified Dealership Program’s annual Employee Satisfaction Survey, which is administered anonymously through the MRAA. Employees are surveyed and must answer 32 ranking questions about overall satisfaction regarding their unique dealership’s customer relations, employee satisfaction, leadership, management, and reputation.
“The team at Regal & Nautique of Orlando believe they’re all significant to the dealership’s success, as it delivers an exceptional customer experience,” said Liz Keener, MRAA’s Certification Manager. “The staff reported they all work well together, and they’re fair and honest with their customers in both sales and service.”
